This monthly series of chamber music invites listeners to a Wednesday Lunchtime performance by the KSO’s Principal String Quartet and the Principal Woodwind Quintet. The concert this Wednesday, January 11, features an eclectic mix of works by Jessie Montgomery, Hawa Kasse Mady Diabate, Guido Lopez Gavilan, Mario Lavista, and Valerie Coleman.

A concert to honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. KSO Music Director Aram Demirjian will lead the KSO in the program, featuring Indigenous Vibes African Drumming Ensemble, Michael Rodgers, and Knoxville Poet Laureate Rhea Carmon. This performance is presented in partnership with the Tennessee Theatre. This event is free and open to the public; no tickets are required.
