Concert View: KSO Chamber Classics–Britten, Mozart, and Dvorak

The Knoxville Symphony Chamber Orchestra under the direction of Maestro James Fellenbaum performed works by Benjamin Britten, Mozart, and Dvořák on last Sunday’s Chamber Classics concert at the Bijou. Gabriel Lefkowitz was soloist in the Mozart Violin Concerto No. 3.

This Sunday, the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra’s Chamber Classics Series features Gabriel Lefkowitz as soloist in Mozart’s Violin Concerto No. 3, K. 216. Conductor James Fellenbaum will also lead the Chamber Orchestra in two works for strings, Britten’s ‘Simple Symphony’ and Antonín Dvořák’s Serenade for String Orchestra in E Major, Op. 22.
